Vanilla Rose Tea Latte

SERVE IT HOT

1. Brew your rose tea base.

- Put 3g of Isparta Rose tea in a cup, french press, pot, or infuser.
- Pour 1 cup (120-180ml) of hot water.
- Steep for 4-6 minutes.
- Filter out the rose tea petals.

 

2. Prepare your vanilla latte froth

- In a separate small container, combine 1/4 cup of  milk, 1 tsp of sweetener, and a few drops of vanilla extract. For a sweet but healthier drink, use honey or all natural Sweet & Healthy Stevia syrup. (Check our recipe for making your own home-made stevia syrup.) 

- Froth.

 

3. Time to combine!

- Get your favorite tea cup (check out our double-walled heat resistant glass tea cups while you're at it!).

- Gently pour-in your brewed rose tea base.

- Add your vanilla latte froth.

- Gently stir, keeping the froth on top.

 

4. Serve to impress (including yourself!)

- Ground a few rose petals, and sprinkle on top of your drink.

- Garnish further with a few dry petals for the finishing touch!

SERVE IT COLD

1. Follow the same steps in brewing your rose tea base and preparing your vanilla latte froth.

 

2. Alternatively, pour over ice

- Fill your favorite tall glass with ice.

- Pour first your brewed rose tea base.

- Add your vanilla latte froth

- Gently stir, keeping the froth on top.

 

3. Serve to impress (including yourself!)

- Ground a few rose petals, and sprinkle on top of your drink.

- Garnish further with a few dry petals for the finishing touch!
